Taking responsibility for solving those issues which people can face in their community is vital to ensure the prosperity of the latter. A government has limited capital for its public system inclusive of aid for the unemployed, health care, and transport systems. Usually, governments budget for unemployment exceed any other field. However, individuals can resourcefully solve this problem.
