To maintain competitive advantages it is important that the organization continuously is being able to adapting the business to the quickly changing external factors. In relation to this, the project will examine the importance of human resources, according to make sure that the organization continuously will be able to stay competitive. The analysis of these human resources will be confined to some chosen forces and abilities among the employees based on to clarify the importance of cooperation between the organization and its employees. In addition to this the focus in this project will take further place in a study that involves an analysis of how the organization can be structured and organized in creating industrial democracy. After, there will be included some methods of how the organization can manage to work with the employees. By that the project is based on a study of both external on internal factors.

The study starts out with a problem statement, which is the foundation for the rest of the study. The problem statement is described in the above mentioned text. Following there will be a part treating method and theory of science. This part includes arguments for our basic assumptions and view on reality. The structure of the analysis in the project is that it is divided in three parts. The first part contains an analysis of the importance for the organizations to keep adapting to quickly changing surroundings. This part has been examined in a business related context by mean of, for example, theories based on product life cycles and Porters genetic strategies. The third part contains a meta-analysis of the effects of organization on product life. The meta-analysis is focused on the importance of the organization for the performance of the organization. This part also contains a critical evaluation with its analysis of the effect of organization on the organization’s financial and performance as well as a quantitative assessment of change. The analysis is focused on the importance for the organization for the organization to maintain its organizational structure, to make all possible decisions within its organization, and to make decisions about how to move forward with the organization. Our analysis follows the way of these people who are based in different countries in many different states.

I understand that the content of this is not for use outside of the study itself. It may be a more complete study with an independent researcher taking a longer time and more different approach than what a regular study is meant to be. However, I have no intention of starting an independent study about my own experience with organizations in the USA or other parts of the world or what the results of the field will be at least in part.

Although this issue is very relevant for many of us in the area of consumer issues, these organizations are also the ones that have to deal with problems not only within their industry but also in real life.

These organizations become more difficult for all but a small group of entrepreneurs to attract new people with more success by increasing their revenues. This results in fewer customers coming back to each segment of the business.
