In an Coorporation or buisiness the manager plays a big role in the social; statis and management within the company. Management consist of getting things done through others this is why social status and relationships with co workers or their employees are very important. There are four management functions that can help you execute management decision or project most efficiently and effectively: Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.(Management 5)

Planning is determining organizational goals and how to go about achieving them. The idea of planning is very good because it provides clearer focus of organization, producing more efficiency; Increases productivity from increased efficiency; and provides a base from which progress can be measured and establish a mechanism for informed change when needed. effectivenesseffectiveness

Organizing is deciding where decisions will be made, who will do what jobs and tasks, and who will work for whom. (Management 5) Organization builds power, and power allows you to make a change in the company when needed.

Leading consist of inspiring and motivating employees to work efffeciently and effectively to meet the organizational goals. An organization has the greatest chance of being successful when all of the employees work toward achieving its goals.

Controlling is monitoring progress toward goal achievement and taking corrective action when needed. (Management 5) Controll allows the company to stay on track with what the intended goal and plan is.
