We used to have a wide variety of online databases that covered all the content areas, but because the district noticed that not all of the online resources were being used they stopped providing them. I do admit that these databases do cost a lot of money to provide, if we dont use them the district sees it as a loss. However, there were some wonderful databases for literary criticism that have expired, so I would like to strongly recommend that everyone get a public library card. This card is free. And if you already have a card, but have fines dont let that discourage you because even if you have a balance, you can still use the online databases, so that is a plus.
