There are many mental disorders in the world and the disorders affect people differently. Mental disorders affect many people and how they live their lives. A few disorders would be phobias, agoraphobia, panic and separation anxiety disorders. The disorder that was selected to be discussed was phobia disorder, According to Bourne (2011), is a persistent fear of an object or situation in which the person applies great lengths to avoid the object or situation. In the event the phobia cannot be avoided entirely the person will undergo the situation or object with marked distress and significant interference in social activities.

[paragraph 5] There are three types of phobias. The first is as a result of a feeling of distress triggered by a failure to perform basic social obligations, or the lack of empathy or interest that can be expressed within the social situation. The first type of phobia is often referred to as “panic disorder” . This type of phobia may occur at multiple times per minute, depending on the time of day and day-to-day life. The person should avoid any of the emotional reactions to situations. A phobia can appear by feeling angry or sad, anxious or depressed, or has a feeling of being upset. The phobia may be caused by a person’s emotional reaction, physical or mental, to things or events in life. The phobia can be treated as a mental disorder that is related to a mental disorder that can take over from a non-mental disorder to a mental disorder. The first way to treat a phobia in a patient is to keep the patient in the situation, while following a physical and mental approach. • Treatment. There is little physical or mental therapy available for phobias. In addition, there is no need to avoid the physical aspect of a person’s life and activities, and the physical aspects should include any physical exertion and physical activities that are associated with physical activity which are not associated with emotional or psychological pain. Most importantly, the patient needs to have basic understanding on how to handle things, social conditions, emotions, and situations. For example any situation could be described as being filled with emotions or sensations that are different than what one is used to in the immediate situation. In one case, the patient may have had a bad experience with her husband and no place for them in the house. The mental activity associated with these emotional and psychological episodes should be managed. It is also important for the patient to be able to tolerate all psychological and physical activity. In one case, the patient felt the emotions and felt that her husband did not have to do anything. When trying to help the patient cope and understand what can be done, it is important to include that other part of the patient. This will give her a better sense of the situation rather than the physical aspects.

[paragraph 6] If an emotion is present, it affects all mental or physical activity. This emotion can be the result of stress or anxiety. One example of a stress caused by a phobia was when she was unable to sleep. She was anxious whenever she felt her thoughts or worries were being communicated to her. She may have been exposed to a stressful situation, which would not have been tolerated with normal people.

The phobia may be a non-physical or mental symptom of anxiety rather than a mental disorder. The same applies to a anxiety syndrome as the phobia is a psychological or mental illness and not part of a mental disorder. The symptoms may be the result of a mental disorder that can come about by emotional reaction (e.g. stress or anxiety) or in response to other negative circumstances or events.

The patient should be able to tolerate only a minority of emotional and physical activities including physical activities such as playing or listening to music. Many non
