ICICI bank has been present in the financial service sector for the past 50 years. ABOUT ICICI PRUDENTIAL
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company is a joint venture between ICICI Bank and Prudential plc.
The ICICI Bank holds a stake of 74% and Prudential plc holds 26% with a total capital infusion standing at Rs. 29.32 billion.
On getting approval from Insurance Regulatory Development Authority (IRDA), it started its operations in December 2000. It has over 735 offices, over 243,000 advisors; and 22 bancassurance partners all over the nation.
