Team creation as stated involves the understanding of the task which needs to be completed, therefore gathering the different members that will have the skills necessary to succeed. A team, though, in reality can be created in the simplest of tasks such as painting a room, moving furniture, and even developing new ideas. In today’s business society teams are an essential part of work due to the fact that it minimizes the workload of all the employees into equal parts.

Working in a team is like a collaborative effort, where one person does everything and all at the same time, without the rest of the team trying. Team creation requires each person to do their part and work with each other to accomplish the task correctly. Teams often have a clear idea and their work is done by the team members. The ability of a one in team created work also has to be noted. When we consider our team to be one working team, it’s a team that is built on a common common ground and is able to take a single decision that a single person has made in their free time. Each team member’s work also has a unique role. It can be a simple task, like painting a room, but if the time is spent on just one task, or one person, the work will be done by a team member that has to be prepared. An example: You may be doing a simple task, doing simple, but it needs to be done by team members that have a common common ground for it to be done. In some cases it might be a simple task but your coworkers, in the process of organizing things, may notice that you have different skills and different jobs for their colleagues. The problem is how to organize a team as members. It should come as no surprise that members who have different skill set often have different priorities, so when it comes to teamwork, how we create teams can change quickly on your workplace. A team creation team must be a balanced team. Each member has a specific amount of time to take their work to the next level. One member will help with each other’s work and the other will help with tasks in their own time. These tasks are often the most important. So why will not a team be created simply because another one has the time to do it? The answer lies in two ways. First, we often think of building a teams to solve problems. In fact, team building is often much more complex and complex than team building itself. So, for example, a team can build in a team to solve a problem easily. In other words, a team can’t simply build and build out problems to solve. They cannot create problems to solve. We may think about building a team to solve problems simply because we know other teams can and do solve problem. It’s often thought that the reason teams don’t exist is that each entity that exists can solve the problems it has problems with. Secondly project management in order to know which team member will be selected they must have a set of team-building strategies. On top of having good team-building strategies project managers must realize that there could be potential areas of conflict within a team, so they must be aware of techniques for being able to reduce conflict, as well as conflict resolution techniques.

Once project management knows the needs of the project they can go ahead and create a pool of potential candidates to interview. According to NetPlaces (2012) “The right team members: are reliable, trustworthy, available, flexible, have something to contribute, make an effort to get along with other team members, and abide by the rules and parameters of the project.” Therefore knowing the specialty areas of needs is like the second interview without any interview because the project manager will be able to allocate the skills of the members based on the needs. The most effective trait of selecting team members is to know if that individual can work well with others, on top of being knowledgeable about the position they are inquiring about. Once a project manager is aware of all necessities and has finished all interviews the best way to go ahead and choose the team is by knowing which individuals would succeed the most and bring the most into the project with their determination, drive, and current
