Introduction The 8th annual For The Love Of We Honor Cocktail Party would be held in Singapore on 4 April 2015, we have sent invitations to prestigious people, philanthropists and reporters to join this fund raising event for combating Alzheimer’s disease.As an annual charity event, this year a cocktail party is designed to gather guests together, and create a leisure ambiance and eventually encourage them to donate more by the Alzheimers Foundation of America (AFA) located in Woodlan.A project plan on the fund raising event of cocktail party is prepared for making full use of the theories of project management. The plan given below consists of a scope statement, priorities identification which should be considered with its scope, time, cost as well as quality, in the form of a project priority matrix. Then the reviewer would put into the plan a Work Breakdown Structure and project costs estimation, followed by a project network diagram and a Gantt chart.
