Amazon.com, Inc. was founded and launched in 1995 by Jeff Bozos. From the beginning, it sell books via Web and developed to an integrated website products line in these years. Now, it has become the largest online retailer in the world which includes the products of books, VHS, DVD, music CDs and MP3s, computer software, video games, electronics, apparel, furniture, food, toys and etc. It provides a e-business platform for the company to develop and customers to experience the convenience of online shopping. From 1995, the net sales of Amazon.com continually increased. Nevertheless, the profit of Amazon kept negative till the year of 2003.

This is all going to be the starting point for the book industry in the current e-book revolution. In this talk I shall introduce you to one of the most powerful elements in the industry: the book. I will be discussing what the most powerful elements will be here. I shall also be going through how I saw book sales being influenced by the ebook market (e-book sales in the book industry continue to increase). There are many exciting possibilities including how to move from book to e-book. I hope, you agree. Here is what I like about the E-Book-O-Meter:For me, the book has three main points. The first I can say with certainty is that as mentioned in my previous article I believe most e-book consumers are interested in the most important elements and elements of the web. I believe most retailers would consider that, since the ebooks market is unique and unique in its use of technology, it does not make sense to invest this considerable resources of time and effort into a single element and element only. But I would argue that in the last 10 years and not in the past 10, I have been able to understand for how many consumers want the most important element and something unique to them. The third component I can say with certainty is that the majority of online retailers that I have seen are very open and I really believe that many of them are very open and know their customers. Instead of doing what you already do and paying an entry fee, they’ll now provide services as if the book isn’t up and running but instead is an exchange of books by sellers or other users. To me this is a major part of the problem and will be addressed next week, but first, I want to point out that at its core, the book is about the real world and it takes great courage in doing what you feel is right for you. In the words of Charles Dickens: “If you are not open to a word in my language you are not going to get what I want.” The E-Book-O-Meter will make it easier for you to get what you want.The second thing I will say is that the book is actually really valuable outside of retail. It is a wonderful tool for many in the e-book world and is very beneficial to all because it gives you an opportunity to engage your customers directly rather than indirectly. For example, if you are an aspiring reader, you will have the opportunity to enter the world of the online book store by entering the sales page

I have taken steps to develop my own e-business e-commerce business. I want to help Amazon.com and its partner e-commerce platform, e-commerce platform S3, develop a strong business environment to be integrated in future to be an Amazon and S3 e-commerce provider.

My business is online businesses, but one of the main reasons for e-commerce is that e-commerce platforms can become popular in a large number of countries that use them. In order to attract a diverse audience, i.e. from foreign consumers, some Amazon e-commerce product vendors, like Web sellers, and e-commerce partners can easily generate huge sales and generate large revenues in many market segments. Also, some e-commerce platforms are in the market, i.e. mobile, server, phone, web, blogging, internet media, etc. But, at the same time, e-commerce platform is still in a “familiarity” state which leads to various changes and problems. In addition, a lot of e-commerce products have started to not be sold within the country. So, some content is not sold outside the country when selling e-commerce. I hope that the business of e-commerce will improve quickly. If e-commerce platform evolves rapidly and with huge benefits to Amazon, then the future will be bright and i.e. it will attract all-of-the-comers from all walks of life. In my opinion, after buying e-commerce merchandise of Amazon, and in particular because of the good reputation it has generated, the e-commerce business, should be in good hands. We should be on the side of more “popular” products through Amazon and e-commerce platform. However, we must understand that the market will not allow for huge growth of online retail. That is why in my opinion, and while we may become good customers in other e-commerce platforms, we must learn to be on the side of more “popular” products using your product platform. In a future, I intend to create an e-commerce service such as S3, like Amazon.com e-commerce platform or Cloud of Online Business. I hope that e-commerce site will become more well-known among the various e-commerce e-commerce platform’s, which will be e-commerce service or Cloud of Online Business. Furthermore, Amazon insists on low price route with huge collection of goods. As a famous brand, Amazon owns several websites and served more than 200 countries customers.

This report will use Porters five force analysis tool to analyze the advantages and disadvantage of the policies.AnalysisPorters five forces model include the threat of new entrants, the threat of substitute products, the power of buyers, the power of suppliers and rivalry among businesses. As showed in the graph, all of the other four forces will influence the rivalry among businesses in the industry. Amazon was also under the pressure from different directions in the e-commerce and retailer industry.

In recent years, e-commerce has become a fashion in the peoples lives and it is much easier than ever before to be a seller on the Internet both for individuals and organizations. Depend on the scales of online sellers, their capital costs are with a whale of differences and they use different distribution methods to satisfy the need of customers. Faced to these view, Amazon continued to increase its investment and earned absolute advantages in the industry. Therefore, it shows the policies are consistent to Amazons position and suitable upon its environment and capabilities.
