Post A lesson 3When learning how to type I think accuracy is the first thing you should be what you emphasize first.  Accuracy shows your intelligence, how much time you put in your work, and most of all shows that you care about work assignment.  In a workplace setting I honestly feel like accuracy matters most, because if you are concern about your speed you have more chances of making common mistakes.  I have learned about speed the hard way so I rather accuracy over speed in the workplace.  Accuracy could be master by practicing the correct finger positions on the key board and staying focus.  Mastering speed comes with being comfortable with the keyboard, so I would suggest getting familiar with your keyboard and practicing typing your full name over and over and time yourself.  Post B lesson 3Sending personal and professional emails are two totally different things. Personal emails never really have to be correct with proper etiquette, but professional emails should always have proper etiquette. The three important email etiquette rules to me are addressing your recipient correctly, never include confidential information, and close your email properly.  When sending a professional email make sure you address the recipient correctly, you don’t want to make your boss or colleague upset before reading your email. That could cause them to never open the email or to even feel offended.  I think including confidential information in an email is unprofessional, because I feel like that piece of information should be discussed in the privacy of you and your colleague not through email.  Last but not least always close out your email with the correct closing to me not closing it correctly is rude.
