Four Goals of Psychology
1) The assigned readings for this module discuss the overarching purpose of psychology. In chapter 1 (page 4), your text describes what psychology is, and Lecture 1 discusses four goals of psychology.
2) Write an essay of 500-750 words that addresses the following:

The base analysis for this case was to estimate a value for Netscape Communications Corporation, and to determine the yearly revenue growth rate required for the firm to support a per share IPO price of $28. The pro forma estimates and results of this base analysis are shown in Exhibit 1. Table 2 summarizes these results. A yearly revenue growth rate of 50.89% is required over the next 10 years for an estimated firm value of $1 billion to support the IPO price of $28/share. What is most interesting about this result is that over 80% of the firm’s value comes from the terminal value of the firm, or the firm’s growth after the year 2005. Furthermore, the firm first becomes profitable in 2002.
