Decisions in Paradise: How to Be, or Not to Be
Hello, my name is Nic. I have just been assigned a position as executive manager for a popular distributing company. My first assignment was to go out to Kava, in the South Pacific. I am going to be working with Alex, who is the director of strategic planning, and is going to be my supervisor and mentor. I wasnt sure of what my assignment was to be just yet, but I would soon find out.

Facts About Kava
Kava was nothing like I pictured it. It was a big clutter all the way to the office, which turned out to be a trailer. There is where I met Alex. After a brief introduction, she began to fill me in on the conditions of Kava. She went on to advise me that the island looked they way it did because of the recent disaster that took place thirteen months prior. The island had experienced an earthquake which was followed by a small tsunami. This catastrophe resulted in about eight hundred deaths, primarily being adults. This left the island population at 50% being under the age of 15. South Pacific tribes, oriental, Africans, French, Spanish, and Americans made up the rest of the population. Of these different ethnicities, 50% were if indigenous religion, with the remainder divided equally between Christian, Buddhist, and Islamic. Looks like I had a lot to handle.

Our Mission
Even though Alex was going to be our new director in strategic planning, she was also the sales manager of a distributing company that was already in Kava, Kava International. My company is thinking about buying out Kava International, and that is why I am here, to see if it was going to be worth the effort. Our company is to have the same purpose as Kava International, but on a more superior level. That purpose is to house and ship items from this warehouse. Currently, the items that are housed now consist of petroleum, coffee, cocoa, spices, bananas, and sugar, just to name a few. This brings the majority of the revenue to Kava. The purpose of this mission is to provide more employment opportunities for Kava, and of course bring more revenue at the same time.

The Plan
The plan is to expand the warehouse and store food and paper goods for well known restaurants. If everything goes as intended,
