Analysis of the surveys
Two surveys were sent out online one survey was for level two trainees that had not completed the assessment and the second survey was for individuals who had completed the level two assessments. We looked at both surveys independently and then looked at the surveys collectively. Unfortunately with the poor feedback there were some questions that we are unable to answer this was the association of gender with any of the factors that influenced or demotivated the trainees and likewise with age.

From the results of the trainees 60% of them thought that the training prepared them to go forward for assessment Compared to the assessed where 87% of them felt that the training prepared them. Dissatisfaction may be caused due to clash of personalities with trainers or is their various people that could possibly take the training with different techniques of teaching.

Trainees-Had any of the following factors prohibited you from completing the level two assessment?
Preparation and portfolio got a 100% all individuals said that this was very influential and Time Constraints got 87% these were the two main influences for trainees not going forward for assessment. Cost was one of the least influential factors with only 13% so money was not a major factor for the trainees.

Would any of the following factors encourage you going forward for assessment?
Trainees- The two leading factors was Gaining a greater remit 87% and having more job opportunities was 87% therefore they are motivated extrinsically. One of the considerations was deadline to meet and this only got 33% however one person did say that this was very influential for them to go forward for assessment this is important to consider with
