My results were based on a 1600 calorie diet. My diet did not compare well to how I should be eating. There are several things lacking in my diet that I never even think to eat. After doing this it is very clear to me that I am a very unhealthy diet. I really want to switch my diet but it seems very hard at times. I would say that I am very low in the grain area and fruits. Fruits are very hard for me to eat for some reason I do not like them much at all. So to change that I think I will look at taking a supplement or drinking more fruit juices. Grains I found is hard for me to consume because I hardly ever eat breakfast but I think for a solution to that problem I will try to start waking up earlier. I know that these two food groups are extremely important.

I was over on the vegetables and dairy. I love vegetables and have no problem at all eating them. I did notice however that we eat a lot of starchy vegetables in our house and I think that we somewhat overdo it. As far as dairy I eat way too much cheese and not in a healthy way. I need to cut a lot of it out and start drinking more milk.

One thing I think my biggest downfall is soda, I drink way too much which is super unhealthy. So I need to find a way to cut this out of my diet all the way, but to me the caffeine is super addicting. As far as protein it says to add seafood to my plate at least once a week and I can honestly say that I never eat seafood. I am going to definitely try to add this to my weekly diet. For physical activity it says to be active for 150 minutes a week and I think that I am more active than that a week.

I think that this website is very interesting and very helpful. I am going to try and stay within the limits of the diet plan because it is a very healthy guideline. I do not think that I did very well this time around with this but I will try to improve with time.
