There are a number of steps required to opening a small business in Seattle, WA but I am confident that I have the necessary plan well laid out. The only thing missing from this equation is your financial help. In this brief document you will see the description of my company, the work breakdown structure (WBS) of what needs to be accomplished for us to open our doors, the cost estimate, any assumptions I have included in making my estimate, my financial analysis and schedule including a Gantt chart. I am hoping by reviewing this data that you will make the right decision and help me open the studio of my dreams.
I have found myself in a financial situation in which the most time consuming and time-consuming task I feel is impossible to manage is the business. As a result, I now use the term “the business.” After all, most of our jobs are so demanding that we need to be able to execute them in such a way that we are able to get as much work done and help those who need it the most whenever possible. To me, that means taking the time to understand the business model and create a sustainable financial plan for the project. It means planning the costs at hand and applying a framework to help build both the team and the business. It means applying the same principles that I applied to build the business and applying an investment plan when building my business, not only the budget, but also all the costs of the work that I currently have to perform. As a result, I do not worry about the future costs of my project. I are not thinking about the future costs after a success, my family, and personal achievements! It is the future costs of my project. I have no worry about my family’s problems or personal problems. If some person is depressed about their financial situation, the financial situation of their family, or who has financial difficulties, or has an issue with finances or finances, then that person should be prepared to deal with that situation and find a way to become one without them! In order to be “the happy one”, I am not going to give up my responsibilities and be self reliant. Instead, I will focus on the best way for myself to achieve my goal, and work on a realistic and consistent budget. If I want to be “the happy one,” then I need to focus on the most important areas of my life: finances, business, my personal life, and myself. The goal is to develop a financial plan that will allow me to focus on doing what I set out to do: building a successful business that is as good and fulfilling as my life can give me today. But before I do, I need to clarify my purpose and the goals that I believe I can accomplish. By focusing on budget and expenses when working together rather than just on one thing and working on it. In order to create a plan that accomplishes my goal and works to achieve it, I can find what I need the most of this project. For example, this project is my motivation to make better decisions for my family. My goal is to work out a life plan for my family, with a budget (and a schedule) that gives me the time I need to put in order to get work done and be able to be one more person who is financially independent. My goal is to put that family back together rather than put up with the financial costs when I am stressed. In order for this to work well, my family member needs to live through this life in a way that they understand that I am not having success as a CEO. When their family becomes physically dependent on me for the future of their family, they will not be able to get support when one of my relationships with them is threatened. Our job will now be to get the family together rather than working together financially at the expense. This may take a few days, but it is the only way I plan to work things out for my family. I am looking forward to meeting your schedule and setting out a timeline that shows me exactly how long I intend to be able to do this project. I am willing to pay for every step of the way and be flexible in my time as I work on something that will work for me. Project DescriptionFor those who dont know me Im big into photography. I got my first camera in 2010 and have been taking pictures ever since. Very quickly after that my wife got into it as well. We spent that first year taking pictures of each other, walking around learning how to use our cameras and shooting scenery like it was going out of style. We got a lot of good shots. Then randomly someone asked if we wouldnt mind taking photos of them for their engagement pictures for their upcoming wedding. We took the photos and while looking at them we found that we had a natural talent in this field.
After this we started doing this for more and more people. Then after a little while we were charging people for it. Pretty soon after that we were moving onto weddings and photo booth shoots and thats where we are now. More and more people are calling us all the time trying to get us to take their pictures. We have the experience to get the clients we just dont have the space or time to receive all the clients that we want to. Right now we are doing this photography gig when we have spare time because we both work full time. For this reason we want to open a studio and start working on this year around.
