Personal Values and Ethical FoundationsEssay title: Personal Values and Ethical FoundationsPersonal Values and Ethical FoundationsHow does one’s personal, organizational and cultural values affect decision-making in one’s personal and professional life? Can a correlation be made to support this conceptually? Can specific interactions reflect the perspectives identified? These are all questions that lead to the formulation of personal values and setting an ethical foundation in a person’s life.

People today in and outside of businesses are fairly liberal in choosing what they will and what they will not believe in. Once a particular concept of a value gets engrained in their belief system, it will stick with them. The principal rule of that value will follow those persons throughout their lives. It will come out in many ways, in many responses and in many interactions. It will impact their ability to make decisions as well as the very decisions themselves (Schneider, 2001,34). The confidence and security of their decisions are weighed in the balances.

When I was growing up, my father was very much the dominant figure in our household. He was very adamant about what things my mother could and could not do. For example, in the area of work, “A woman’s place is in the home,” he used to say. So my mother cooked, cleaned and focused on taking care of us. She always showed respect to my father and was willing to channel her desire to work in assisting others whenever necessary. Well, I didn’t grow up to be a housewife like my mother, but I believe in giving respect to men (and women) and I will do whatever I can for anyone that requests my assistance. Just as my mother, I have learned how to effectively become multi-tasked and have a “servant’s attitude.”

The primary job of home care and house care is the kitchen. I think some of our members tend to think that the household is so “out of touch” that we don‖t care much about the cooking, washing and so on that our members get to have. But here are some facts and numbers about how I think our home care system has changed. I think it has made us better equipped to address home care and support our families. I think this is one of the biggest and easiest factors in helping us better understand what care makes you feel when you work there, why it works and why it is not.

In 2007 I started the Association for Home Care Workers (ANWW), an organization that connects community leaders, government leaders and the businesses of all states and the private sector to work together to organize, coordinate and support health care work, health care education services and other needs related to home care.

I want to take this opportunity to show you an infographic that I made showing how, as a home care worker, it makes you feel. You can view and download it here:

We are a national service organization based at the National Center for Health Policy Evaluation (NCHPE). We provide an overview of health care and domestic workers and their special needs. We serve at-risk families and their children. More than 65% of us are non-profit organizations serving our state and locality. Most of you are familiar with NCHE because their website shows all the work you do to get health care. What you don‖t know is that NCHE operates in five countries — California, New York, Texas and Washington. Our organization has a base in one of the cities and it helps those that need it most. In fact, as many as 50 percent of our members work in California. We have our headquarters in North Texas, in Arlington, Texas, and we have offices in Texas with the state, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts.

‖A New Age Party. We are a new wave of New Age Party supporters. People can participate in our activities, help their families, and help build our movement. As you can think of us, the Party is committed to a New Age philosophy of community.

Our Leadership is an Independent of the Right. A New Age message is an independent program. No One In Our Party (NO ONE) can influence the New Age Party or their leadership. No one is controlled by One, People or any third party. We can create New Age messages through local groups or in cities, towns and villages.

‖We can communicate using public policy in every state with our powerful members. We help make sure that Americans feel welcome to be part of a democratic and diverse community of people.

‖We organize to advance public health for all in a safe, affordable medical care to all citizens. This includes people.

‖We help communities heal, heal, heal.

This message, which is an ongoing mission, has taken the public a long way. We have taken our message on a lot of fronts. In 2009 we began providing more than a dozen medical and community health care messages to our member bases. As of 2017, we operate 23 offices in 33 states. Our members carry a mission statement of supporting people’s health. We also provide educational training, health education and other information to members. Our members have the experience of running a successful statewide health or community wellness program or a state-funded non-profit. Please join us for the right to work for the people you are. Our members also do things to make us better. We do everything we can and better than you.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this! We know we’re going to need your help in getting these documents.

Just read this last week! It takes quite a while for an individual’s story to get reported, but it’s going to take some time for the story to progress to the press. (As I mentioned, this post has an additional goal and goal, too.) If we can work this out together it can put things into perspective.
