Reflection Paper On Personal ValuesEssay Preview: Reflection Paper On Personal ValuesReport this essayReflection on My Personal ValuesAs I considered my personal values and the values taken into consideration in the simulations, I concluded that my personal value system had not changed but had expanded. Before performing the simulations, my personal value system consisted of values such as integrity, respect, trust, loyalty, and quality relationships. The new values that I have added to my value system are time and confidentiality. In the following sections, I will discuss my values on time, confidentiality, and loyalty Ð- an existing value.

Valuing TimeTime has become one of my values because everything that I do and every decision that I make depends upon how I allocate my time to perform and complete my tasks. I also consider time to be an important value because I must consider it when I create and plan schedules to show when project assignments are to be completed. And, time plays an important role on my job when I have to set up conference calls with out-of-state vendors or customers to finalize decisions and job assignments.

Valuing ConfidentialityConfidentiality has become one of my values because it is important for me to be aware of how I handle confidential information. Confidentiality is very important in my line of work because many of my job assignments involve classified information that is authorized for only certain individuals to handle. Confidentiality is also crucial because I must always be mindful of whom I discuss my job responsibilities with, conceal classified documents properly, and remain aware of whom I come in contact with when traveling for the job. If confidential information were to leak out and emerge in the form of rumors within the office, I would not confirm or deny the information and let others know that I am not at liberty to discuss the rumors.

If information should leak out or should be released, I will always be fully aware of its source and any details pertaining to that source are kept confidential.

Confidentiality Confidentiality is one of my values. If an authority is given access to a confidential information such as a password, we may take action to ensure it is safeguarded against leakage.

To protect us from these kinds of leaks and for a better understanding of who might be compromised, we need to keep everyone updated on the issue throughout each job. When we are talking about the role of the security team, this is what we need: To understand any of our key activities and their implications for work.

Our position and role as the national security office and its management will always be that of a high-risk, highly professional agency, who will take the most significant steps to protect our people.

If a classified information is publicly available to us, then our people will be informed about it and there will always be a way that we can secure that information. All the information we do use should be in its proper context and appropriately. The only thing we cannot guarantee is that only those who have access to that information will see it.

Our identity and our privacy rules are always maintained as necessary for our jobs in a diverse and efficient manner, not only in our IT departments.

At certain times or in a specific position, such as when the job is not the right place for me. . . . While at certain times or in a specific position, such as when the job is important to me, I will always ensure that all the information that I share about my job, as well as relevant information regarding the position, is safe to view and that we share the exact information in the best possible manner while it is being disclosed.

As one of the leaders of an agency, I’m sure it is my responsibility to be aware of our internal and external security systems, which operate for the security team. I have an absolute obligation to ensure that our personnel are fully covered by applicable laws and laws that govern the data we gather and what it can be analyzed for security purposes.

The job position can sometimes be quite daunting for an agency when it comes down to whether we’re going in and out of the job, but we want to do our job.

Confidentiality is such a big issue in our organization, and for the management of our roles to truly determine the best way to protect our people, our mission, our independence and work in America, and our best interests, we need people with the knowledge and experience to know how we can work through these difficult problems with us and how we can enhance our overall working atmosphere and work quality for each
