Lot of energy is required to stick with a problem to find solutions in challenging times. Person with resolve to learn new technology and apply are preferred. I would look for an intuitive personality who likes to learn new skills. I would look for an extraverted personality. As per MBTI an extrovert type of personality is a good fit for the job.Multitasking:  A HR might have to deal with various issues arising at a time. Mostly all the issues come as high priority and a HR manager has to handle these kind of situations all at once giving importance to others feelings. Since, most of the times, a HR deal with feelings of employees, they should be very intuitive. I would look for an intuitive and thoughtful personalities. As per MBTI an intuitive type of personality is preferred.Problem Solving Ability: Most of the time a HR has to deal with problems like Internal conflicts, resource optimizations etc., To deal with problems of these kind, a HR has to analyze the facts and make logical decisions.
