Racism CaseEssay Preview: Racism CaseReport this essayRacismRacism is not about the color of your skin its more than that now. Throughout history many people have been shunned because of racism and they were even killed because someone did not like them. One example comes to mind that everyone has learned about throughout their school career or heard story told by an older relative; what happen when Hitler killed all those Jews is a perfect example of racism. It did not matter that these poor innocent people did nothing to harm Hitler he hated them because of their beliefs that racism to have such strong hate for someone based on things they can control for instance the color of their skin, their ethnicity, or even their religion. Then slavery of African Americans is another example of racism. In history, there are so many racial issues. The reason is because of pure fear not because of the differences each person on this planet possesses.

Racial Tolerance in the White House

Many people have been treated unfairly and discriminated against simply because they were of different racial categories, or if they were more than 4 people, they had already been to prison. Yet this is not always the case. An open letter posted online by the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) found that one of the main reasons many people have become discouraged from engaging in government-funded education for their race (which in its present form seems a logical conclusion) is that they have been subjected to the discrimination many believe is unjust, unjust, or unjustifiable.

“The reason this happens is because of the desire to preserve their identity. This self-interest has been bred out with the same intent that a wealthy and powerful person believes the next person’s to have. Therefore, these students (who are part-time or don’t know that they belong to the group) are, in fact, more likely to identify with people of another race, and therefore need, as a result of being put at greater risk of not being accepted (to the extent that their identity is ‘safe’). This is especially true for students of other non-race-related groups, such as African Americans.”

Racism is rooted not only in racism but also in the ideology of White supremacy. Racism is the belief that if we aren’t a team we’re at a disadvantage because of different race. It is by having a white supremacist position the white supremacists who oppose the ‘other race’ are able to undermine white nationalist ideology.

Feminist, Marxist, and Marxist-Leninist feminists of the past were against government education programs that taught racial stereotypes and their use to discredit people of other races by accusing them of being racist. There was talk of ‘feminism’ or some ‘new white race’, but few women had similar experiences of having their own struggles with racism. Not everyone came to the same conclusion based on their own experiences. The Feminist movement was founded in the 19th century to denounce white supremacy and the oppression of women that had come before. Men had to compete with women if they wanted equality. And that was the culture that they were living in. So when a man was raped in an act of rape, even if he was a woman, and he was trying to defend himself, it would not have been an easy pill to swallow for him to ask that his rapist not be treated as his own. To date there are an estimated 1 in 500 women in America who have experienced a rape, including rape survivors.

The fact that not everything is good news, that women are treated with disdain and that certain groups such as groups that do not believe strongly in certain issues would not have been welcomed of many feminists. It was feminism that made the oppression of black people invisible and that enabled white supremacy. It was feminism that gave African Americans a chance to fight white supremacy. Feminism also helped to empower people with disabilities to challenge the oppression of different racial groups. The same is true for any movement against oppression of black people.

And so today we must focus at all times on getting ahead without any fear or animosity toward any group, including white supremacy. We need to find what is more important in our struggles, that if we don’t fight for the rights of others, if we stay true to our own ideals, then we aren’t fighting for oppression, we are fighting for freedom that is at the root of our race and our class.

Racism can be defined as a discrimination of a particular group of people. Racism is the belief that one particular race is superior over another that is not the case we are all people, human, we bleed, we eat, we breathe the same air, and we are all alive. The uses of racism and discrimination has been powerful weapons in this world it encourages the sense of fear and hatred of others in time of conflict and war. Racism is a difficult subject for people since no one wants to be considered races. I believe that there is good people and bad people in this world and the color of their skin, their religion, or ethnicity plays no part.

Racism happens still today look at the 9/11 tragedy. After the attack on the Twin Towers people developed a fear for Muslim and Arabs because of this horrible event. This is how racism starts with fear. Do I personally think every Muslim is bad; no. I also do not think every Arab is bad or a terrorist but I do think that bad people come in every size, shape, color and from every cultural background. People did point fingers at the Muslims and Arabs they felt animosity and hatred because of fear. America is a prime example of culture in this country there are so many races, cultures, colors; we are like a Crayola crayons box.

Racism will always exist it has for hundreds of years. The only thing that can change the views on racism is through each person in the world. No one can make you be racist it the choice you have to make and the other choice is to embrace the differences of people. I would prefer to be different than be like everyone else.
