Since the beginning of our history, hunting was one of the main sources of survival. People hunts for different purposes, some people hunt for clothing and other reasons. That was in the past, today people still hunt not only for food and clothing, but for their own satisfaction such as sports. I believe that every species has the right to live in our world safely and nobody has the right to take away their life for satisfaction. Unfortunately, throughout the history millions of animals are being hunted and facing extinction. In our world today, people still hunt animals for sport while these animals are facing extinction, we need to find ways to stop animal hunting.

Even though hunting was a crucial part of our survival thousands of years ago, it’s now a form of violent “sport” that should be stopped. Hunting as sports are along the lines of cock fighting, which is really popular in some parts of Thailand to hunting animals for ivory such as hunting elephants for their tusks. More than 10million people living in the United States of America hunt every year. People don’t only hunt in the national forests, but also on public lands. Animal hunting is an unnecessary and cruel form of “entertainment” that destroys animal families and their ecosystem.

Hunting has already contributed to the extinction of many species around the world which includes Caribbean Monk Seal, Tasmanian tiger and many more species. According to scientific research from Centre for Biological Diversity, one third of the animals are going to extinct in the future and more than 90% is because of human activities. Illegal hunting causes habitat destruction which can eventually lead to extinction in the future. There are dozens of animal species that were hunted to extinction throughout the history;
