In the days and hours where peace came to a close and political leaders expressed their determination to reach a peaceful resolution in just two years, there seemed to be an intense and continuing debate in all four major political parties. From the early days of the conflict in Ukraine, there was an intense political debate over who would succeed as president of the Soviet Union, who would be an elected President, who would be able to rule by force, who would be able to govern through his executive, and who would be an independent president. This debate, that lasted well into the 20th century, had a profound impact on the life of people to whom peace, justice, democracy and social justice were fundamental ideals of the time. In the absence of any political leaders, the debate was resolved once again, with the creation of Democracy, a new political organization founded just after the collapse of the Soviet Union to address some of its key weaknesses. The Democracy program expanded the democratic and civil rights movements to address issues concerning the rights and dignity of human beings and their right to life. Democracy, which began in 1988 for peaceful civil movements. As one of the oldest democratic movements worldwide, Democracies developed and promoted a new moral code. Democracy became the world’s first political system to create an independent state, to bring people together under the rule of law, and to reform the law to improve it.
