Pauls education helped him in many ways during his ministry all the way up until his execution. The most obvious way that his education helped him was the fact that he could read and write in more than one language. This helped him to communicate with anyone he needed to in the churches for which he had laid the foundation. Whether to commend them on following the right path, or to rebuke them for falling away from the Lord. It allowed him in a way to preach to them without having to be there face to face.

Another way that his education helped in his ministry was the fact that he knew the Old Testament like the back of his hand. He was able to use examples from the Old Testament when leading someone to the Lord or when helping someone keep the faith. And what better example could he have had? He quoted the Old Testament often because they were real life stories of the Lords power.

This may sound ridiculous at first but it is a good point. He was street smart too. I know that doesnt seem important in his ministry but its like playing chess, the nerdy kid isnt the one who wins when hes playing against the street, and book smart kid. Paul knew how to deal with people and could sway a crowd with little effort. The example Im going to use is when the Judaizers had introduced a new kind of religion to the Galatians. He used his head and outsmarted the Judaizers who were a street smart people trying to overthrow his authority and convince people that he was not an apostle. He re-established his apostolic authority in the eyes of the Galatians and went on from there.
