Jesus’ first act as king was during the Battle of Nicaea. They didn’t let this fight out until his second election, though. Many of his followers believed in the Trinity which is his ultimate religion so they went about killing the pagan god of warfare, Asclepius of Carthage and his followers. There were many battles during Nicaea in which Christians were slain, and many had to flee their homes. This was not a complete victory for many of the Christians. However, many of them also joined the rebellion, which they did to stop the Pagan forces from breaking to the Temple as the Christians. This led to them establishing the Roman government. The Roman senate then ruled. They had a government of 10,000 men when the Greeks defeated the Romans in 2 BBY. They were victorious.

The book of Revelation, which was written about the future, is a pretty obscure book. It begins with a man called John saying that there are things beyond the earth. This contradicts what most people believe. It would also contradict what he said in the Bible about God and what God himself said. He didn’t say that all things were beyond the earth except what he had done. Why bother with his history when it contains only the Bible? It is so obvious that it is like trying to hide his real history. The idea that Jesus can tell a lie, and tell a lie about a man is not scientific. It shows that Jesus knew the truth. If you’re not going to believe, why bother with that?

What is the Bible?

The Bible is an excellent text that contains many information like religion, history and history of life. Some of the most interesting aspects of the Bible include:

• God says he is the only god from the heavens, only in this present century and his reign, and has created humans through the power of his Word, just as he did before.

• God is the only God who will bring you from the dead people and resurrects you (not just you and us)

• The Word of God was written only about the present century and was not part of what God did

• All those who believe in Christ are also here (and you and me will also be brought into existence and are as He told us when we read and study the Bible

• All those who believe in Christ are also here (and you and me will also be brought into existence and are as He told us when we read and study the Bible

We dont know the original authors because there is no original bible, the people who wrote the bible came later on in history. Many things could have happened to the bible, it could have got burned, ripped, or stolen. Since we dont know any of this information, we arent able to figure out who the true authors were. Not knowing what happened to the original text, makes it difficult for us to trust it. It could have been changed multiple times. Also, the people who supposedly wrote it came after Jesus, how could these authors have written it, if they werent even alive then? The people who also wrote it didnt use first person. Were they even there? They dont use, “I”. They just include their names in the stories to possibly give evidence to the readers that they were in fact there with Jesus.

Because historians cannot determine who the authors are in the books of the Bible, it leaves them finding it hard to trust the stories in the Bible to be accurate. As readers, we cant say that events in the Bible really happened if we dont even know who wrote it. For example, there were certain books in the Gospels that were written without any authors name, and after the work were already published, others would have claimed to have written it. How could they have written it if the books came before their time? Other times people would record false writers names into the books, and claim that these people are the writers. The theory that the books were written by the apostles was passed down as tradition. Many historians believe that it was done this way, so that people would believe that it was written by people who experienced being with Jesus. This would cause them to believe the word of God, and become true believers. But we cannot even trust these people even if they were there and saw it for themselves. For example, when we have court trials multiple eyewitnesses are needed. You cannot trust the word of one individual because they may have mixed up the story, and forgot some of the facts and this would cause them to say something that they thought happened when they are just basing it on memory and arent one hundred percent sure. Another example would be that the Gospel of Matthew, always describes Jesus and his disciples as “they” and never mentions Matthew in first person. In the Gospel of Matthew it doesnt actually say he is the one who wrote it. So, then we start to wonder who is writing?

Discrepancies in the Bible also make it difficult for historians to accept the book as reliable. An example of this is Jesus death. In the Gospel of John, Jesus, Pontius Pilate, and the Jewish leaders were in different places during trial. Pilate doesnt have a conversation with Jesus, and Pilate says Jesus is innocent three times. However, in the Gospel of Mark, Jesus, Pontius Pilate and the Jewish leaders were all in one location for court, and Pontius Pilate and Jesus have a conversation, but Pilate never claims Jesus to be innocent. This leaves historians
