ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
In the last decade we have seen many companies that seem to be failing “because of environmental uncertainty. One way to reduce environmental uncertainty is through adjustments in the organizations structure.” (S.P. Robbins, M. Coulter)
There will be many steps I will be taking to rebuild the organizations structure one way will be to increase the companys profit margin, by focusing on the companys outdated and unsuccessful product lines.
In order to ensure financial success for the company is to make products that are needed and that are consumer friendly, because consumer friendly products are more likely to be purchased thus increasing the companys profits.
To do this a series of analysis over the next two to four months will be conducted to determine what the companys customers are looking for. After conducting the analysis and finding out what customers are looking for, the next step would be on new product development. There also would be research done on our competitors and the products they manufacture, so that we do not produce a product that is already on the market.
To make sure these goals are meet. The employees of this division will be divided into teams. These teams will then be assigned according to specific ideas for the companys new structured plan, there will be a team that consist of marketing analysis, product development, and sales. Each one of these teams will have a Team Leader/ Forman,
After the teams have been formed each team will then be assigned one role to focus on, and knowledge and expertise of these employees will be shared amongst each other to make sure that each team consistently meets all desired results and the customers. With focusing on all of the new ideas for this division we will then be centered a round our customers and suppliers, because the customers and suppliers will be our driving forces for our product redevelopment, structural
