This letter is in regards to the statement,” Leadership, team dynamics and organizational culture are overrated as explanations for employee behavior. If an employee is intrinsically motivated and has high ability, she will be successful.”

While I firmly consider your statement to be partially correct, its misconstrued. However, you state organizational culture, leaderships, and team dynamics as overrated explanations for employee behavior. In reading that statement, I interpret it as you undermining the influential power of these three fundamental components. Leadership roles are the concrete evidence of success offering a sense of self-fulfillment and importance, both intrinsic motivators developed through the job aspect .

There is a common synchronicity between business elements and personal elements as shown through the sources quoted above and numerous business studies completed. I cant stress enough the error in believing all the tools needed for success relies with just an individuals ability and intrinsic motivation. Personal experiences have shown me that being part of an organizational culture that builds on my ability and self-motivation drives me to further challenge myself and engage in successful
