SUMMARY
As Christians, we are strongly in favor of organ transplant and organ donation, in order to be able to help others and alleviate their sufferings.
Organ Transplant is the transfer of an organ from a donor (those who participated in organ donation) to a particular recipient.
The act of donation must be made freely and without any coercion and no one is obliged to donate an organ.
Organ Sale, which is used for profit, is wrong and it may lead to Organ Trafficking.
Pope John Paul II invited us to donate our organs, in particular, after we have died and as Jesus advises us: “The gift you have received, give as a gift” (Mt 10:8)
