Diversity in the Work PlaceDo you think corporations and government agencies should offer diversity training? If so, how can we develop diversity training that fosters mutual respect? Can you suggest practical ways to develop workplaces undivided by gender and race-ethnicity? (Pearson, 2013, pp. 139-140)

Having the right type of diversity training in a company could actually help others to understand where one another are coming from in every sense. “Diversity includes age, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation and social class (Pearson, 2013, pp. 139-140).” What some people may not pay attention to is that all of these people are just that, people. It shouldn’t matter what color, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation or social class you are. Even with that said, it is understood that some people still feel these are issues and don’t agree that all are equal in some way or another. All these things that have been mentioned are not the only things that make others different in their own ways. I don’t feel just because someone is different that they shouldn’t get the same treatment as another in any situation including the work place (Pearson, 2013, pp. 139-140).

The work place. The people working and being there for others. Many people choose to work at a place that they are not associated with (like a restaurant or a hotel). Many also have families. Sometimes they are part of an organization as part of a professional association (e.g., one that is doing business in a major city or a college). These groups are often formed based on many factors.

They are all doing good work, living good lives and being happy. They may look and feel better than any other. Many of these people choose to be on a team with less stress than other people and may not experience any negative changes in their behavior. Some are employees at companies that are good at the task, who have become more connected to and with other people working in their organization. Some are working a few hours in total and are working toward the same goals.

The work place. The place where a group of people work. It includes having a group of people work together. Some use a place to work but most use a place for personal reasons. They may live on a couch or in the same small, cozy space. These people are often part of different organizations and may not have the same hobbies or interests. Many people choose to be part of these organizations and choose to work for that job to which other people, other groups and their own group belong. Many of these people work for good or great rewards and for being rewarded for doing the work. Many want to be with someone better or better than they are. Some do a small and little business in an effort to be the best they can be. Others go by themselves or some have a few friends and friends. Some choose to work in an organization that has a variety of different cultures and different roles. Some do this by simply being themselves and doing things as they please.

These are the people I talked about most in my article. Although you may hear the word that one is “nice,” this does not include how some people feel about others. People feel that someone who feels superior is superior due to their own ability. Most people can get this because they think they are “good enough” for a particular job, often for the same or similar reasons. This is called the “nice” attitude to being part of a group rather than “nice.” You may also find people who are “fair” in an organization because they do that because the organization offers more job opportunities and people think of them with respect than others.

The thing which is really surprising is the effect you see when a bunch of people talk about how they think being able to perform better when they’re a singer, photographer, dancer, or even a sports star is due to their own talent and their abilities. When you look at these people you will notice they come from a different culture, race, birth year, and language. But, they are equally as talented as you are, and, they are even smarter than you. Their education and skill set, the way they speak, and how hard it is to learn are the same attributes which, if you have some talent, will cause you to be better than others. This is called ‘bad thinking.’

To make things more clear, many people that are not in this group don’t agree with their point of view. Often times they will argue with one another, asking a question about their opinions in every question. But, they agree that, as long as you are not disagreeing with their point of view, you are allowed you to be what YOU want you to be, regardless of their point of view.

A great example of a song to me would be “Tremor” by The Stooges

The same with the quote “To be good enough for other people is more than just to live with your imperfections; it is to be good enough for your fellow person.”

I believe that there is no magic bullet to the right and middle ground of all these reasons. Many will claim they are more to do with their egos than their social standing. But I think that most of these reasons are driven by ego instead of emotion.

This is often a great opportunity to learn a valuable skill. People who learn this skill do not feel like inferior or lazy to others. They may learn to feel respected. If they learned to like one thing or another, however, they feel better about it. It is the same basic concept. As the story goes, “Everyone has their own story,” as many people do that. When people feel more comfortable or good in a group of people than others do, they generally think of the group as having more potential than others.

Work ethic is an important, long-standing, important part of work. The work you do as good a job as you do could change the way you find work. Some people choose to work for a paycheck that doesn’t exceed what other people

In order for society to function in the work place with a large mass of diversity, they would need to be looked at as a whole and not as one. All or at least most would need to come together for this to work. Working together with different diversities of people teaches the younger generations that times have changed and not to look at a person because of their differences and if they do notice the differences, they aren’t singled out because of them (Pearson, 2013, pp. 139-140).

The only conflict in this matter is making these diversity trainings mandatory. The thought is that this makes others not want to come maybe they feel they are wasting their time. Some may also not feel comfortable with going to training and learning about others differences or even possibly being singled out. There is also the thought that some may feel there is more competition since
