Things Fall ApartJoin now to read essay Things Fall ApartTragic flaw that presented in OkonkwoPeople, who seem to be strong in our life, act nothing but imperturbation towards troubles. In fact, they dont express their nervous or fearfulness part of their minds. In addition, they dont always have a happy life also. That is because they need to cover for their emotions, and that makes them become burdensome people. Further more, by disguising, they lose the liberty of doing whatever they want to do. In Things fall apart, Okonkwo, the protagonist, is indeed the exemplary person of this kind. Because of Unoka, Okonkwos father, doesnt give a very good example of being a father, Okonkwos personality is changed permanently. Okonkwo abhors his fathers attitude for life and becomes not only foolhardy, but also violent and harsh. The exalted status of Okonkwo in the beginning of the book defines him as a hero, and the finale death of Okonkwo clearly manifests that Okonkwo

The protagonist, who seems to have been born in a world of death, also is at a lost place, which can also complicate their character at times. Okonkwos’ father, who is clearly not a hero, is now alive. On the other hand, the protagonist, who is not so easily a hero, becomes even more confused. On the other hand, because each other feels that their personalities is affected by the other’s own personality, the protagonist also feels that it is his own personality’s fault! It seems this is due to their being different in different places and circumstances.

From Okonkwo’s own perspective, the protagonist is a different person, after all. On the one hand, it is difficult to become a hero at first. On the other hand, that fact is a huge influence to the protagonist. It makes him a difficult character to deal with. While the story is completely different from the manga, it has the same main character and an interesting relationship, and Okonkwo. Okonkwo, when he is seen in the manga, feels completely the same. Since most of the characters are completely different, the difference is not apparent. There is the time that someone’s actions affect them, from the moment they interact, the time they die or wake up. Once they find out their parents and friends, their lives became very different with the exception of Okonkwo’s. The protagonist feels the same towards any situation that might affect him, whether he is dealing with his parents, his wife or his boss. As we see with Okonkwo, that was clearly the reason.

After the protagonist falls into a place of pain, he cannot give his life a second thought. However, it does not matter of whether the protagonist is the same person as Okonkwo, or even less, his own father. The protagonist feels that his own self-interest lies with Okonkwo, and that he did not care very much if his own father died. During that time, he gradually lost hope from not being able to handle the pain that was being experienced. When he finally does finally come to a change of direction, he quickly realizes that he was not the one who deserved it, that only he was, and that even if he could change himself, he would not dare to change the life of his self. Okonkwo is not alone as well. For others and people to really experience their own self-love and happiness, you cannot give in to such an impulse.

In conclusion, I felt that the main character is so different that it could be argued that the story is the same in Okonkwo and the other volumes. One really is a different person after all.
