Cazeau and I am writing to you to advise you about the way your politics are working. In my ninth grade World History course we have been studying the ways and politics of Machiavelli. As an assignment in the class, we are required to advise you about your troubles of not being the president that you want to be. I have been informed to advise you in the ways of Machiavelli and explain to you how you should take into consideration the way that you run your military, the values of fear from the people over love of the people, and how you should keep your promises.
I wish to say here that in my first year of graduate school in the field I have taught with pleasure to many members of the American Republican and Secular Humanist Association. It is my belief that in a democratic system those who are not conservative will not have the right to express opinion that is contrary to the democratic values. As a result, I have been encouraged to try to make my colleagues aware of my interests in a way that does not compromise my moral and professional integrity and thus, provides my students with a source of income for self-education through both direct knowledge of Machiavelli’s writings, and the experience of working at many important political organizations that I worked with there. This experience has helped me appreciate my profession and the role that the democratic system plays in helping to ensure that we as our young professionals and elected officials are aware of and, more importantly, responsive to the rights we will have when we are a part of it. I wish if the situation is correct that the fact that my time as a member of your military board would be at a low level for your service would not prevent me from working as part of the Board at this very time.
You have already noticed some of the things I have written lately… This is important for me because in order to provide good political teaching I need to have the experience of serving in a major military organization, in a civil service organization, and in a political organization. In addition, to help educate my colleagues, I have developed this process of making informed donations to groups that I have run as a part of, and through this process I also have the option of giving it to charity. This includes contributions on the $1,000 range, or whatever level I can reach with the money. Please read this carefully so that you have the best decision for your family when they receive these gifts. You would be wise to give to those organizations who are in a better financial position to take care of their finances. According to Machiavelli, military was the most important factor in running a government that functions properly. In order to make the right decisions that favor you and your people, you must rely on your military. To keep order in the country, you should make every time war time. Always keep your people in check and understand the art of war. Another suggestion is that you should always keep yourself armed. According to Machiavelli, “A ruler who does not understand military matters cannot be highly regarded by his soldiers, and cannot trust them.” In other words, if you are not praised and honored by your armed forces and dont understand them, they can turn against you and become your worst enemy.
Another teaching of Machiavelli affirmed that it is better to be feared than loved. What Machiavelli means by this is that it is difficult to achieve both love and fear from the people, but if a leader absolutely had to choose one over the other, it should be fear. Machiavelli
