Integrating Staffing Practices with Strategy
Because of the new direction Interclean is headed toward, one of the first things that need to be agreed upon is how to approach the new strategy to the staffing.

Relining the exiting sales staff will be watched with close eyes from upper management team. The sales team fill threatened by the change and will be hard to adjust to this movement. In order to change successfully training strategy will have to be developed differently and focus on budget.

Both require you to explicitly characterize your companys business strategy and way of doing business and then make judgments about whether existing staffing practices appear to be aligned with your strategic orientation. Both frameworks convincingly argue that staffing practices must reflect a companys strategic orientation. Each provides arguments for and illustrations of staffing practices that are appropriate for the three strategic types. Employee Motivation
Employee motivation in any work place is important for the business. Interclean has the opportunity to boost employee morals by motivating them. New workshop will be happening and this is a great way to reward employees by uplifting and getting everyone excited about the new changes that are happening to Interclean

Finding and retaining motivated employees is often about identifying individuals who “fit” your companys unique culture and who find the outcomes associated with high performance to their liking. managing motivation would seem to require a full understanding of both the organizations culture–the mix of role requirements and the rewards and penalties associated with various ways of behaving–and the values, interests, and needs of individuals. For example, to ignore this is mirrored by the existence of a large and well-developed literature about the personality dimensions of individuals and how to measure these dimensions–but no equivalent treatment of the organizational and cultural context surrounding these individuals. Managing the Restructuring Process
Interclean, Inc. is going to be making some difficult changes in the next 90-180 days in order to reach their target goal. Difficult times will be approaching for Interclean, Inc. In order to reach these goals downsizing and cost cutting will be mentioned around the company. Interclean will be reviewing their current staffing team, focusing more on the sales and marketing department to determine if they have the capability to effective transition. Determining if the current strengths of the sales team needs improvement and future staffing requirements.

A company may have many reasons to restructure and downsize, but the merger and acquisition process drives much of this activity. The rate of mergers and corporate acquisitions accelerated during the last half of the 1990s, fueled by the competitive pressures of the global economy. For example, While some companies have been able to continue to provide a degree of security for their employees, for most companies the decade of the 1990s was characterized by a relentless process of organizational restructuring and downsizing.
