So it’s very important to have an effectively working. It also requires very understanding and appreciation of how people differ from one another. First the people’s personality can be described in many ways. Some people see to be perfectionists they can be critical, impatient, demanding, and intense. Other kinds of people are more relaxed and easygoing. personality is the patterns of relatively enduring about the person thinks feels and behaves.it is also a very important factor in accounting for why employees act the way they do in organizations and why they have favorable or unfavorable attitudes toward their jobs and organizations(George and Jones,
2011) Second determinants of personality nature and nature: why are some employees happy and easygoing and others don’t.
