Part I: IntroductionRationale        Since the beginning of mankind, clean water was already a necessity, we drink it to quench our thirst, or to rehydrate ourselves. Before, clean water can only be located in fresh water rivers or rain water thus human civilization are located near rivers. Even today, our towns and homes are located near rivers, but nowadays, no one can say that the river is as clean as it was 10 to 30 years ago, and our rain can be acid rain, thus no immediate water can be obtained. To compensate for the need of drinking water, the towns here in the Philippines, have water refilling stations, these stations are usually owned by private entities, and they usually operate in a small area of a town, such as a barangay or a subdivision. Another option is that they boil the water at their homes, and it is already fit for drinking.        For most people, they opt for the water refilling rather than boiling for many reasons, one of those is that it is convenient and that the other is that boiling water comes at a cost of gas for heating the water. And with the fast progression of Philippines, especially in cities where people live in apartments, condominiums, barangays, and subdivision, people need fast and convenient drinkable water, which refilling stations can easily provide. These refilling stations, clean, purify, or distill water provided by the government through companies such as National Water and Sewage Authority (NAWASA) or deep wells from a town or a household.

The water from NAWASA or deep wells are not entirely unclean, but most people are not entirely resistant to common illnesses or bacteria that can possibly be found in the water. Therefore, water refilling stations that has distilled or purified water can provide the necessary drinking water.        As the world progress, new and new health concerns are in need of attention, and the best solution for any diseases is the most common cure or necessity, which is water. And a family usually opts for water that has nutrients in it.         There are plenty of families Mandurriao, Iloilo city, and most of them uses water from refilling stations. This families are one of the reason we chose this study, for it has a huge potential and opportunity.        Currently, a family of 4-6 consumes at least 2-3 gallons a week. And a gallon of water costs around 12-25 PHP. The reason for the higher price of water is because these companies have delivery services.        As of June 2018 In National Housing Association, Phase 2, Mandurriao Iloilo city, it has a population of 412, and in 76 families. This is of course only the Phase 2 area of NHA, meaning there are still more potential families that would use the water refilling services.
