Narrator Case
1. Narrator takes an important role between the stories. Author vividly presents stories of an adolescence teenagers mind by telling stories at first persons view from her own teenage life. Some details have explained by the narrator among stories have work effective to guide readers through lines. I dont agree with the definition the story offers for lust, because I dont think most of teenagers think sex of the way as the girl in the article. It also depends on the how the person raised of family influence, religion or region as the result to make the person think the topic “sex” differently.

2. Narrator worked quiet effective in the story, because a lot of works explained by narrator helped readers to understand how the main characters opinion and thoughts. As the stories went along, narrator was able to add coherent stories and link ideas together. The quote “You know just what youre doing and dont see the things that start to get in the way” implies how teenagers are doing things without considering the consequences of their actions.

3. Authors tone in the story is very mild, and cordial. For some part of the article, it can be related to her life experience as well. For example, when the girl getting inside of boys truck, even though she notice two boys were fighting, but she didnt say anything, because she was enjoying of that scene that boys were fighting for her.

4. The fact that Minot titled the article “Lust” is reasonable. The article has deeper meaning and definition beneath the title. Its a story presented by a teenager girl and boys thoughts and actions while theyre going through their adolescent. At the end of the article says that “Then comes after. After when they dont look at youYou seem to have disappeared.” It shows how the girl has grown and finally
