Established in 1962 by Sam Walton, and has been incorporated under the name of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. since October 31, 1969, Wal-Mart Corporation has quickly become the American largest retailer with its two famous segments, the Wal-Mart Stores, and the SamÐ²Ð‚™s Club. Among the two, the Wal-Mart Stores segment is the largest segment of the corporation.
