PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS : EXAMPLE 1 : TAKEOUTTakeout is one of the finest burger & fast food shop in Bangladesh. They started their journey in the mid of 2014. They have expanded their business prodigy in Sri Lanka too named Takeout Lanka.  Their total business is worth about 10 Crore valuation. In the 2015-16 fiscal year, they made a net profit of 60 Lac taka.Mr. Fahim Kabir who used to work in a private firm & Mr. Zia Ul Haque who used to be a doctor in Dhaka Medical College hospital sat together and planned to form a burger shop in Bangladesh. In 2014, Mr. Fahim Kabir, one of the main partners of this franchise business left his private job & joined with Mr. Zia to start this partnership business. Later on, Mr. Ibadul Islam & Mr. Farshid Bhuiyan joined them.They stalled a mini shop in Rifles Square, Dhanmondi. Their initial financing came from Mr. Fahim Kabir & Mr. Zia Ul Haque. Their main ingredient came from Sri Lanka. In this basic theme, people got connected big time to it. After getting brilliant feedback from the customers, the other two partners came forward & invested into this. Later on, they opened a new branch in Banani. Due to some governmental bindings, it did come off. With the initial profit margin, they tried to form another shop in Sri Lanka from where they bought the food ingredients. Their capital formed into another milestone.

In 2016, they opened the Banani branch yet again. Their profit margin hit 1 crore BDT in 2016-17 fiscal year with two branches. They added French Fries, Milk Shakes & other burger items to compete with the market. With their extra care to the food items, it became so popular in Dhaka that their demand in every area of Dhaka increased.In 2017, they opened another branch in Uttara. In a matter of days, their popularity in Dhaka City went beyond everything. With other partnership business franchise like Burger King, local shop like Madchef, Preetom- Takeout stood firm & continued their legacy. Their profit margin including Capital valuation touched higher than before. So, they intended toopen their franchise shop in Sri Lanka. Finally in August 2017, they opened their dream project in Sri Lanka named “Takeout Lanka”. Partnership business went onto another vibe with their cash flows & branch combination. From the above, we can see that they used a combination of partnership realization and risk oriented authorities. When Banani branch got closed, Mr. Zia tried to open this Branch again with his power & money. Mr. Fahim & Mr. Ibad refrained him from doing so and decided altogether to wait & increase their capital to get hand into their dream project. Risk management was handled by these four marginally.
