The My Pantry application can remind you when food that you keep is going to be expiring soon, it allows you to see what food items are in your house currently, allows the ability to create a shopping list from the food items that you keep or want in your home. It allows the user to add items quickly by offering a barcode scanner and allows pictures to be added to the item for visual reference. The My Pantry application can also sync to itself on other devices via the cloud, allowing instant updates to pantry items or shopping lists where ever there is internet access.
