This is an advantage because many people who work and are sick do not go to the doctor because they are in their working hours, but at Minute Clinic can attend you during the lunch break. However, another issue that MinuteClinic has is the Location, because the fact that they are in convenient retail settings, usually attached to a CVS drugstore where the prescription can be filled in one stop.

MinuteClinic, offers a service mass customization, because use technology to deliver customized services on a mass basis. MinuteClinic has an electronic medical records system streamlines the process for each patient by generating educational materials, invoices, and prescriptions at the end of the visit. Electronic records also make it possible to instantly transfer information to the patients primary physicians. Due to standardization also to reducing the waiting time, reduces costs and allows the price of a cheaper and more accessible healthcare. Also an important distribution issue is the number of outlets to open during a certain time, considering the growing need for cheaper, more accessible healthcare, the company expanded so quickly. CVS acquired MinuteClinic and announced plans to grow from 128 locations to nearly 500 by early 2008. Finally they have Price strategy because MinuteClinic prices range from about $50-$80, making a visit about half as expensive as one to a doctors office.
