If You Had All the Time and Resources in the World, and Were to Build an Organization of Your Own, What Would You like to Create?
I have heard this many times, that if one has to dream, dream big. Because once you dream big, all your efforts are directed towards making that dream come true. It just requires an idea to begin the ball rolling. When you start working on your dream to make it come true, you have to be highly motivated so that you don’t lose focus midway.
Converting an idea into reality is never an easy task. You must own the responsibility regardless of the circumstances. Assuming that I have all the resources I need, there are two ways of going about it. Firstly, just buy out or invest into profitable ventures. But that would have no creativity and I would miss out in all the fun of trying hard to achieve something. Secondly, I use my passion, skill and creativity to build something and test it out in the market. Starting a business can seem like a daunting task. If I succeed, I would be proud of my achievement. I had always imagined of an idea of an Automated Restaurant. Imagine the customer ordering directly from their table digitally, and the food coming to the table via in-house trolley service. There would be minimal use of waiters. Such a system would be unique in the market and could change the face of hospitality industry. This idea could prove to be quite an enticing and refreshing experience for the customers.
A job could be done in numerous ways. No matter what way one chooses, it has to be formatted systematically by design and not expect things to fall in place by default. It is not the resources but ones passion that drives us into creating something unique.
