Why have you chosen the Master Program “Analytical Finance”?
I was looking for a program that combines both Accounting and Management, has both depth and width, and is both academic and practical. “Project Management”1 was such a program. The fact that the program will be taught completely in English made it even more attractive to me because of my international background.

What is the best in this program?
The best about this program is that it provides courses in various but interrelated fields: Applied mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Business administration and computer science. I have taken many courses in those subjects, which makes me confident in pursuing a career in Project Management.

Did you experience any problems in getting a job after graduating from this program?
Not at all, I obtained a PhD position in financial mathematics at the Graduate School of Mathematics and Computing in Sweden right after my undergraduate study. I decided in the very beginning of my studies that I would work towards my goal of an academic career. So I took every single course seriously and worked hard, as a result I obtained the best grades for all my courses. At the same time, during my study of this program I have obtained many opportunities to develop my research skills.

Would you like to give an advice to future financial analysts?
I have some advices for those who study the four-year Analytical Finance program. In the first one or two years some of you probably don’t feel very much like future financial analysts. You are recommended to study some courses in mathematics or economics that may not seem closely related to finance for you. But believe me you are now laying a solid foundation for the coming advanced studies and studying those courses is essential for your future financial
