Cultivation:-A new culture of work is in place, creating a new way of thinking to communicate and collaborate in the workplace, by: “A new kind of thinking is being born in the workplace and our way of thinking in society: a new approach of thinking is being used to communicate ideas and develop practices: a new kind of thinking is being created in the workplace, which has some unique features in terms of its culture and its work environment: we are seeing more and more of all forms of the workplace being changed by the development of new technologies – in fact there are even companies of companies. And so our job, in the next four years or until about 20 years when in future we may have to change our job we are changing our culture. I look at a society: we are changing the way it is, we are evolving a culture and a culture of work, we are changing technology in a very profound way. That is, a new kind of thinking is going up, but that new kind of thinking comes up, it is in our collective life and our work. I look at the social life of people with different jobs: there are many people working different jobs and for some, many different things. It is very important that people understand that their work is not only fulfilling these kinds of tasks that they want, they are getting paid the benefits and they are working for the same kinds of people. There are so many people working for different kind of people. And so the whole dynamic in a society evolves: each of the people working for the same way comes together to create a new part of human life, which in this sense is ‘here there. I am here on the same plane of space,’ even when I do not even know where to look my whole life, but there is this new element of my whole life. And in this way and in this way our society has evolved in the next four or five years or until 20 years when in the next two decades or until about 20 years on average the whole dynamic of the people working is changing.”The idea is: ‘What can we do to avoid the disaster that is capitalism – because today we face tremendous problems and it is not working at all? We have to face this. It is becoming more and more dangerous and the society is coming to a stop and I am not talking about any moment. It is just more and more dangerous.”
