Introduction
The existence of any organization depends greatly on many different factors from command delegation to teamwork and leadership each of these different factors entails a strong effective interpersonal communication. Communication is one of the backbones the organizations use in their functions, “Interpersonal communication, therefore, becomes the lifeblood of an organization, communication effectiveness becomes a very vital factor in determining the efficiency with which an organization performs as a whole, and In fact, what an organization requires mainly is communication” (uthscsa.edu, 2014). The paper examines the vitality of interpersonal communication for the subsistence of an organization.

Effective Communication Norms in a Business Setting.
Communication plays a crucial role in the functioning of organizations. Because Interpersonal communication, therefore, becomes the lifeblood of an organization. Every successful business knows that effective communication is essential to keeping the company running. There are many types of communication that are used on a daily basis in a business setting Every business from small to large needs to have a management team with great communication skills, communication is the bind that connects the company, employees and customers together (Baack, 2012). The forms of communication used throughout business come in many forms such as:

Written-
The norms for written communication for many years have been through memos, letters and proposals but through technological advancement the business world has gone digital. With written communication being sent through email and text messages, other types of written business communications include company brochures, including menus, advertisements and employee handbooks (Brandenberg, 2014).

Verbal-
Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for management, managers need to be able to utilize effective verbal skills in order to motivate and communicate with employees. Owners/managers need to have effective verbal communication skills to be able to lead an effective company meeting and delegate work to the other managers of the department and their employees (Brandenberg, 2014).

Nonverbal-
Body language is an essential part of effective communication, knowing how to display body language and read other peoples body language is an important skill set. Through body language an individual can determine the sincerity of the person speaking and attitude, knowing a persons attitude can help set the tone of the conversation. Other forms of nonverbal communication are handshakes, active listening and eye contact, it is important to give the individual talking eye contact so that they know you are paying attention to what they are saying (Brandenberg, 2014).

The Role of International and Intercultural Interpersonal Communications in Todays Global Businesses.
With more and more businesses getting involved in transactions with other businesses of foreign countries, the need for International and Intercultural Interpersonal Communication (IIIC) is essential to business success. Interpersonal communication is the communication of a small group of people such as couples, families, friends, and workgroups who interact only with one each other and are able to create the message specifically for the other party. Unlike other forms of communication, interpersonal communication involves person-to-person interactions. (smallbusiness.com, 2014).

Intercultural communication is important for anyone interested in doing business in a foreign country or simply vacationing to have an understanding of the culture. Successful intercultural communication involves understanding a common language, knowledge of certain rules and social etiquette. For instance in some business affairs the introduction could be the key to making or breaking the deal, in many of the Chinese cultures people are addressed by using the sir name first with their given name following last; example: Chang Fu Ho would be addressed as Mr. Chang (Chaney & Martin, 2011).

Communications with any individual that there is not a shared or similar cultural connection is considered intercultural communication, the need to communicate across culture has become beneficial to the professional world. Intercultural communication both verbal and nonverbal communication determine the difference in culture. Nonverbal communication helps establish the boundaries that are between the individuals within the intercultural communication. It is a proven fact that interpersonal communication is effective at combating loneliness, shaping self-concepts, confirming experiences, renewing personal and aiding us in understanding who we are and how we relate to others (Chaney & Martin, 2011).

Approaches for Effective Written Management Communication.
Written communication in the business world is used to send information from one individual to another or throughout departments and to request information from others. To be effective in written communication the writer has to make sure that the reader is able to comprehend the information and apply it. There are steps that need to be taken when conducting written communication whether its an email or a proposal, the steps needed are: organize your material, consider your audience, write, proofread and edit your text (Reh, 2014).

Organize-
The first step is to organize your information, depending on the type of correspondence you are doing determines the amount of information you may need to organize.

Audience-
The next step is to consider your audience, for example if you are presenting a new program to the CFO the details in the presentation will vary from a presentation given to lower employees. If you focus on the important aspects that you want your audience to hear you will be more effective at your writing.

While writing your communication keep an eye on the length, be sure to use appropriate words that emphasize your message and that your writing is concise and
