One of the main forms of discrimination that will be discussed is discrimination against women in all forms from the color of their skin to education and the workforce systems. The workforce is one of the main places where most women are being discriminated. This is because men feel as though women do not deserve to work outside the home and cannot handle a man’s job as they would say depending on the career field chosen. This is known as the traditional women and men roles that both genders have to play. If a women steps out of her boundaries, then she is not known as a feminine. The women will be discriminated and will not be consider in our society as a women. Some women fear to stand up for themselves.

In addition to the issues of gender and gender equality, there are also fundamental issues about fairness, fairness and due process that can affect many of us. In 2013, the UN Women reported that more than six in 10 women feel that any number of different jobs are their only place to work. This report, by Women’s Rights International, aims to increase women in global leadership leadership positions. The Gender Equality Programme is not an attempt to address all women in all countries, but rather provides solutions to address all women in every country on the planet. This project intends to create a world where women get the opportunity to make their own choices through their own work, in their chosen fields or in their social and economic systems. This is in partnership with UN Women, and we want to build a world where everyone is empowered as an individual to make responsible and efficient choices for their social, economic and legal well-being.

This Gender Equality initiative was endorsed by the U.N.’s Conference on Women (CWA) and UNESCO’s Women in Global Affairs (WGAAs). The CWA is set up with the aim of mobilizing and participating organizations and groups to meet their shared responsibilities to bring equality and respect for women to global workplaces. We know we have reached the right conclusion. The CWA’s mission is to bring respect, fairness and respect for all to our global workplaces. By making women a part of the global workforce, the CWA seeks to further empower women worldwide through a strong and inclusive international voice. CWA’s new Gender Equity Programme is an initiative of the Women and Girls International Conference on Gender and Women’s Equality. The new Gender Equity Programme is part of a Global Gender Summit that will come to Rio De Janeiro, Costa Rica, on July 26, 2015. At this conference, we hope to increase the visibility and diversity of the World and encourage social, cultural, religious, economic and technological development that helps to address many of these urgent issues. Women’s advancement in various fields and their representation in the international workforce will be important to this initiative. We are working with other organisations and NGOs, which will help us to bring this work to a global level.

Studies have shown that African American women are the ones who have self-confidence and not afraid to speak up for what they believe in. We need more women like this to stop gender inequality. Women culture is based on the amount of freedom she has. It’s very hard to teach equality in society when you have people who were raise a certain way especially with the stigma that men are superior and women are inferior. There are organizations that are trying to stop gender inequality in the world. The problem is that we don’t have enough support from every country in the world. When trying to change how people think of themselves and others, you have to target a certain group. I believe that targeting younger people can make the world a better place. This is because the older individuals get the more knowledge they acquire in which they can prevent issues that society is receiving and finding resources and ways that they can secure the future of others for a better place to live and work without being discriminated. Therefore, with everything mentioned thus far I have chosen Leadership and Power as the topic for discussion with the focus for adolescent girls. I have conducted a trivia game as well to better understand the idea of why leadership and power is an important topic and the information that you will obtain as well.

TopicLeadership and Power is a topic that should be taught amongst both boys and girls. There are many women who were leaders and who are leaders. Unfortunately our society has kept important women who has made a difference a secret and only have a few women to be known. I believe that society does this to make the statement that women are not meant to be leaders which makes it hard for past and future generations to know and understand that women can be leaders no matter what the color of their skin exhibits or their gender type.
