AbstractWe are pleased to present an informal report on the recent conflict resolution of our country of birth. We hope the resolution will facilitate communication and promote the safe and productive living of our citizens. Conflict resolution has historically been regarded as a one to one conflict resolution, with some calling for the same in the workplace as in-house mediation as the formal or informal system of mediation is based on and some are saying for mediation as a form of a legal process. However, the current system of mediation and formal mediation is a political process and, despite the current lack of formal mediation, it remains an important social and cultural norm. While this is an area that is highly neglected, this report presents an alternative system for peace, development and social transformation. Peace, development and social transformation is a common focus of current and future societies and it is a theme of our report, our focus in this report is on the peaceful settlement, resolution of conflicts or of peace or conflict resolution with one’s personal or family situation. As in the most recent crisis, social transformation has a significant role to play.

AbstractA preliminary report on conflict resolution in Canada and to date remains an exciting area of research in Canada and global challenges arising from the complex socio-political, social and environmental systems around conflict management. It is important to mention that there are many different types of conflict resolution methods and methods and different levels of control are used to create those conditions whereby we can deal with our shared conflicts. There is an established need for comprehensive and comprehensive and cross-cultural mediation and mediation-based systems. We need to consider the potential risks to society that are associated with these approaches and the ways in which we may overcome them. As the Canadian government recently approved the Trans Canada Financial Agreement (TCFTA) with a view to achieving a cross-cultural framework, it is important to note those actions that have resulted in a more successful and equitable outcome for our citizens – that are not based purely on individual political concerns. In our view there are only a few problems we still face that will require resolution and in some ways are not as clear cut as others. For instance, the potential political and ethical pitfalls of political parties may not necessarily lead to solutions to the problem of conflict resolution. It is important to acknowledge that the problem of human rights and freedoms is always a complex and difficult issue. However, the need to develop processes to create alternatives to conflicts often has the potential to open up the entire landscape of the conflict resolution process. It will also be helpful to bring to light the mechanisms and methods by which we can address both issues. The following methods of addressing conflict resolution can also be used by citizens and can contribute to a better understanding and development of the conflict resolution process. In addition, we have discussed how our approach to conflict resolution might benefit the Canadian people or is available for adoption by others as a means of resolving conflicts themselves. In addition, some of these methods are still relatively new. We hope you can find their uses and application in this report. We encourage you not to take them for granted. Conflict Identification and ResolutionConflict identification and resolution is conceptualized processes involving the facilitation of peaceful ending of conflict. There are instances that group members would try to resolve the conflict through active communication regarding their conflicting motives with other members of the group. The motives or intentions should undergo a collective negotiation, mediation or diplomacy processes (Hicks, D. 2011). Rather than hoping that conflict will go away, this study aims to explore and identify the reasons for conflict and how to successfully address them in a team environment. To further analyze conflict identification and resolution, this study will cite examples of conflicts examine the causes and be able to arrive at rational steps to solve the conflicts. Furthermore, conflict resolution as an academic field will be of great significance in understanding and utilizing its concepts in non-violent ways as measure to promote an effective resolution.

DiscussionIn this era of workplace, there are conflicts that arises within an organization or team such as unclear definition of employees responsibility in numerous occasions on whose decisions or actions should be taken into consideration. At times, the limited resources like time, money, space, materials, office equipments and supplies will inevitably lead to interpersonal and interdepartmental conflict (Kellett, P. 2007). Another problem at workplace is the individuals conflict of interests where they will fight for own personal goals that would fit with the organizational efforts.
