They can meet in a non-threatening environment that will foster dialogue between the two which will ultimately build trust. Furthermore, building trust will open doors to new opportunities to flow and integrating various perspectives from interns like Josh will to create models to achieve profitability.  Sarah should acquire valuable approach towards Josh. On the other hand, Josh needs to recognize his commitments and how to manage oneself. Additionally, Josh can voice his opinions and rightfully expect an explanation from Sarah detailing why she may or may not agree. She should also confer with Josh about her vision and intentions, meanwhile, and enforce Josh to give constructive feedback on whether or not her ideas could profitable. However, these daily meetings are not only conducted with Josh, but also, provided for other interns or colleagues as well. Also, Sarah should allow chances for the employees to prove their worth by incorporating their ideas within the project. In order to overcome to disregard of time consumption within these meetings, Josh and Sarah have many options; they can come into work earlier or shave off ten minutes from their lunch. Likewise, assisting each other will be beneficial for their motives and for others by creating an environment where one would prosper and thrive. It will be more dependent on Josh to foster the relationship due to the fact that he is working under Sarah. Furthermore, preventing Sarah from being blind-sided in the future like she was when the CEO approached her. Lastly, prioritizing respectful behavior is meaningful. In addition, Josh needs to not-only work for his own benefit but also help others with their benefits as well.
