This problem is very remarkable, requires the State and enterprises have the solution to change the strengthening of access to information, legal policy and international practices in business .
II/ SolutionTo resolve difficulties to increase routine capacity of access to legal policy and international practices in business.For government: Complete fully legal policy to support SMEs via setup Rule, policy convience for develop SMEs in all sectors of economic development and fair competition, the increasing contribution to growth and economic development of the country.Build specialized legal support website for SMEs and links to websites of organizations representing businesses, to provide information a systematic way of written policies and laws .Strengthen the training of legal knowledge for businesses, organizations and activities in various forms to communication, enterprise recommends law enforcementBuild a network of support legal advice for enterprise in the region, local economic conditions – social difficulties.For Enterprise:They must usually updated information about legal policy and international practices in business via website or come direct to organization of gorverment incharge this issue and strictly follow policy.Enterprises should join association enterprise in each sector of each region area to easy update information and share information about legal policy and international practices.
