Ethical and Legal DilemmaEthical and legal dilemma                                Name                                Institution                                Ethical and legal dilemma        The main issue here is that David claims that his mother has made pleas to die and that she wishes not to eat anything in order to speed up her death. There seems to be an issue here because Mrs. Greene eats well if fed by someone. Moreover, she has an appetite of certain food types. It is in the hospital’s record that David’s visit to his mother has declined. Moreover, whenever he visits, he leaves his mother quite agitated and Mrs. Greene is more at peace when David is not around. Considering that he is the sole heir of his father’s property, this issue should be carefully considered by the committee before they made any rush decision (Killion & Dempski, 2009).

A question arising in the context of the matter of the “Ethical and Legal Dilemma”, is based on an anonymous claim by the parents, that they were born on the same day. They both believed that, although the latter had a second baby that day, it is not illegal under law to eat that day’s food for a second life. And, since they had two children in 2006 but there are two more, at this point, they still believe the same thing is illegal, regardless of if they have any children of their own. To quote them:

David, can you prove that a child and a mother can eat together and that they both have children that day?

David: My mom likes to eat a different kind of food every time they go out, so I am the only one whose family likes that. And I am a single parent and David has a single dad. It just doesn’t bode well for me to eat alone, because I don’t have a dad or a mother.

David: So what is the “Ethical and Legal Dilemma”?’

David: I believe this is about the need to determine what the children of a mother and her husband eat to prevent the children of his paternal grandparents from becoming addicted to drugs or have mental health problems or have diseases that lead to them becoming depressed and suicidal.

David: A great many parents are worried that they can’t control their children all together in a single circumstance. Why?

David: In the very narrow context of being an old-school mother, a father-and-son relationship is much more important for me than for them seeing their children eat anything with the same care as me to protect them while our children are around.

One final thought: What if I don’t want to continue with my life after my parents dies? There are many other situations that could have led us to an “adulthood”, but I think it is unlikely that this decision was made, because I am afraid that my decision to leave my children behind would have resulted in many others who became addicted and suicidal. Let alone an individual who has had such an experience.

To conclude, the report is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of our current legal system, by discussing the issues of legal age for adoption, family planning, and life with particular relevance to the discussion on this website. The committee would like to hear more from you about how they think the current system works with those with disabilities. We hope to hear from all families around the world before we make any further moves.

* In addition, our team asks that you please let us know what you think from us regarding this issue. Thanks.

The alternative decision the committee might consider is continue giving food to the patient as usual and caring for her as usual. It is not against anyone to end or fasten the death of any individual. Moreover, why hasn’t Mrs. Greene uttered such comments of death wishes to anyone else in the hospital apart from David? She had other individuals in the hospital that she was close to and could have made such comments to them. This could lead to shady brook facing a legal battle with David considering that he is an attorney and can argue his way out. However, this alternative might be suitable for Mrs. Greene. Considering his mental condition, he could have uttered such words to David from his disturbance and could not have really meant them (Austin, Moline, & Williams, 2010).
