My Leading Quality
Everyone on Earth who have a life plans have inner qualities they rely on to help guide them. A person will turn to it to make decisions, get through tough situations, and recover from bad experiences. Mine is much different than most of those around me, even though it is recognized socially. It is based on something beyond my ultimate control, and has led me most effectively up to this point.
My leading quality consists of both pure faith and instinct, which causes me to base decisions on nothing other than what feels right to me in the gut. By this, I do not allow myself to over-think situations to the point where I totally confuse and pressure myself, resulting in a wrong turn. Also, by doing what God tells me to through the heart (faith), I more often than less make the correct choices that benefit me most. After all, I believe that the Lord knows every wrong and right path in anyones life, so I trust he wont lead me wrong.
While I strongly value my leading quality, others think very differently of it. While children often look up to my way of doing things and try to imitate it, many adults dont understand it, and warn me of the consequences this reliance will surely haunt me with in their opinions. I believe that most adults dont agree with my way of making choices because many grew up doing it in a totally different way, especially the ones who (today) arent nearly relaxed enough with things just to not think much about a situation. Children, on the other hand, might not truly understand what its like to truly make deep decisions, so they honor those who do things similar to them (in this case, those that dont stress themselves much about things, like normal children). So, in a word, you could say that society can both respect and disrespect my leading quality.
