Decision StatementI have decided to choose ACA #3 because I have determined that by implementing or adding quota-based in the existing fishery management system of the company can help to solve the major problems that they are facing such as the occupational hazards confronting the fishermen or other employees and the compensation security. As stated above, with regards to its advantages, Quota-based may result to the use or implementation of newer and safer vessels and gear. With this, it already touched the concern of the company when it comes to the safety of the fishermen.
