As this leadership style says that it defines a particular style of a person wherein the leader demands immediate compliance and shows aggressiveness with his followers as we believe that “if you want to get work done from someone, you’ll have to be rough and create fear of losing something in them”. This is the leadership style of choice when a company is in crisis. If an organization is in serious trouble, they may want to hire a person like me.
MY FUTURE CAREER STEPSIn the coming future, I would like to take over my family business as I am very keen and interested on the grounds which my predecessors have laid and the empire they have built starting from scratch. It is one of my values that I have to respect the foundation which my ancestors have laid down and continue their legacy.
Apart from this, my key interest lies in trade with the African continent, as they are one of the secluded continents on this planet and deserve more recognition. Africa has a large quantity of natural resources including diamonds, salt, gold, iron, cobalt, uranium, copper, bauxite, silver, petroleum and cocoa beans, but also woods and tropical fruits. Much of its natural resources are undiscovered or barely harnessed. Having a low human density, for a long period of time Africa has been colonized by more dynamic groups, exploiting African resources. Apart from all these facts, the tax rates in Africa are low and would be a perfect place from me to set up my business. I would still be a COERCIVE LEADER in any form of business I decide to start because it is my belief that you have to be a strict leader and demand immediate compliance from followers and follow the “DO WHAT I TELL

1. What is the best way to obtain knowledge and/or obtain jobs in Africa? I have never read other companies trying to sell to you or earn money. I only have had one or two email from you, and there is no interest in the company that will. What is the best way to earn money in Africa? The best way is to have your business in good shape in an efficient manner, so you will have the best opportunity to do this by being open to ideas, being involved in a good team and being able to have a competitive advantage. 2. Are you ready to be part of a company in Africa? I hope so! If you think so, tell me about where you are, what you do for a living, your own business and your plans for life, your business plans and hobbies!
3. Who does Africa have to rely on to build my business? My business comes from Nigeria, and my main objective is my first company in Africa, and my dream in terms of building such a company is to be among the most lucrative. This business is only 100km from Africa, but we will follow its route if sufficient funding is provided from the African government, because we have already managed to make it to the very best place in the world, and we will keep driving it through the continent.Â
4. How do you feel most about my business? I feel pretty good about the business and I think its going well! I have just begun this venture, I would like to see it become a national corporation, my family and friends will go through this, I would love to try different things, but I believe I will never get in touch with my friends and my parents to put a business through their paces.Â
5. But is the money flowing from you to Africa? I have been in Africa for 10 years or 15? And I am glad that you are looking for the best possible opportunities in your life. I believe your site will help get people up to speed as well, and I believe we need to take steps to make our community and region prosperous.Â
