We’re going to take a look at an estimated amount of carbohydrates I eat in a day. In a day, I should consume 225 to 325 grams of carbs a day.         For breakfast I usually eating cereal or a bagel. The cereal I usually eat are golden grahams. Per serving, there are 24.90 grams of carbohydrates. Usually with breakfast I will have a glass a chocolate milk. With the chocolate in the milk, per serving it is 20.77 grams of carbohydrates. For a bagel, there are 47.73 grams of carbohydrates per serving. For lunch. There’s a couple things I have. Sometimes I have Kraft Mac and Cheese, sometimes I have ramen noodles, and sometimes I have a turkey sandwich. For ramen noodles, per serving there are 42.24 grams of carbohydrates. For mac and cheese, per serving there are 39.68 grams of carbohydrates. For turkey, there are 0 grams of carbohydrates per serving. For the bread, there are 10 grams of carbohydrates per serving. For dinner sometimes I have fast food, like McDonalds or Wendy’s. At McDonalds, I usually have 10 chicken nuggets. Per serving there are 24 grams of carbohydrates. At Wendy’s I usually have a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. There are 26 total carbohydrates. When I am home for dinner. We sometimes have hamburgers. For the beef there is 15.71 grams of carbohydrates total. For the bread, there are 10 grams of carbohydrates per serving. So, usually in a day I have 430 carbohydrates. I go over the limit of how much I have in a day. I should limit soda and some pastas to bring down that high number. Even though carbohydrates are good for your daily diet, you shouldn’t eat too much of them.
